Handcrafted from oak, this distinctive risotto spoon is designed for the gentle, continuous stirring that makes a good risotto.

The carefully shaped head allows rice to move through its central opening, while the leading edge follows the sides of the pan as you stir.

Its long, subtly charred handle creates a beautiful contrast with the natural oak and provides a comfortable, balanced grip.

Each spoon is individually shaped, sanded and finished by hand at Saltwood Workshop, allowing the character and grain of the timber to make every piece unique.
